May 7, 2017, Clifton, NJ – Massage students from the Clifton campus of American Institute spent part of their spring break sharing their skills at the JESPY House Family Appreciation Fun Day.

JESPY House is a nonprofit organization that helps adults with learning and developmental disabilities lead independent lives. The organization provides support services including residential housing, daily living skills, employment support, and recreational programs for about 250 individuals.

Family Appreciation Fun day brought together JESPY clients and their families, staff and board members to enjoy magic, music, balloon creations, games and refreshments.

“Family Appreciation Fun Day was a blast,” said Diane Tobing, Interim Communications Director. “Even rainy weather could not stifle the joy.”

“The massages were a highlight, enjoyed by many in the JESPY community,” said Ms. Tobing.

The students were an amazing part of a wonderful day that was enjoyed by our clients and their families,” said Sandy Szydlowski, JESPY House Administrative Manager.

Our clients were delighted and you guys were the talk of the town,” said Xiara Reyes, Cultural Arts Supervisor. “God Bless all of the hands for bringing so much joy to this often overlooked population.”
