June 17, 2023, West Hartford, CT – American Institute honored Nurse’s Aides in training at the West Hartford, CT campus this week in celebration of Nursing Assistants Day. This national day of celebration is set aside to recognize the hard work and dedication of those who help provide quality care to patients in hospitals, nursing homes, and other medical facilities as nursing assistants.

Although American Institute’s Nurse’s Aide program is quick to complete, taking three weeks or more (varies by program/shift), students get practical knowledge training and gain skills that prepare them to care for patients with a humanistic, holistic, and restorative approach to direct patient care.

Our #AIFamily celebrated these future healthcare heroes with food and fun on campus and recognizes the significant contributions they will make to improving the lives of patients they will serve.
