By checking the box to sign up for one or more text messaging programs, you expressly consent to receive text messages at the cell phone number you provided to AI Education, LLC, d/b/a American Institute, and others texting on its behalf (“AI”), about AI’s programs and services, financial aid, and other matters pertaining to AI or your education. You agree that these text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system (“autodialer”) and may be deemed telemarketing under applicable law. You may opt-out of future text messages at any time by following the instructions on the texts you receive. You are not obligated to agree to automated contact to enroll.
Program Description
AI may use an autodialer to deliver text messages to you. AI text messages are intended to provide you with information about your education at AI, AI’s programs and services, financial aid, AI events, and other matters pertaining to AI or your education.
Message Frequency
The number of AI text messages that you receive will vary depending on where you may fall within the student lifecycle at AI.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply to each text message sent or received in connection with AI text messages. AI does not impose a separate fee for sending AI text messages.
How to Opt-Out
To stop receiving text messages from AI, text STOP to the number from which its text messages are being sent. You will then receive confirmation of your opt-out. You will remain opted into other AI text messaging programs, such as those related to your present enrollment and education, if applicable.
Your Mobile Telephone Number
You represent that you are the account holder or regular user of the mobile telephone number(s) that you provide. You are responsible for notifying AI immediately if you change your mobile telephone number.

Access or Delivery to Mobile Network is Not Guaranteed
Delivery of information and content to a mobile device may fail due to a variety of circumstances or conditions. You understand and acknowledge that network services, including but not limited to mobile network services, are outside of AI’s control, and AI is not responsible or liable for issues arising from them.

To request more information, text HELP to the five-digit short code from which the text messages are being sent. You will receive a response providing you a link to this page.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
AI may revise, modify, or amend these Messaging Terms and Conditions at any time. In the event of a material change to these terms, AI will notify you by posting a notice on our website in advance of the change. Your continued consent to receive AI text messages will indicate your acceptance of those changes.
Termination of Text Messaging
AI may suspend or terminate text messages to you at any time for any reason. Your receipt of AI text messages is also subject to termination in the event that your mobile telephone service terminates or lapses. AI reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, all or any part of AI text messages, with or without notice.
